A little piece of cornwall. Tuesday, 20 October 2009. Amalfi Drive seems like a dream! My trip to Italy seems a long time ago already, but i can still remember the beautiful scenery of the Amalfi. We had such lovely weather that day unlike some who went the following day , so we were very lucky to catch some glorious views! The drive took us to the beautiful town of Amalfi. One of the many little villages set in the hillside. With the 5star hotel at the edge! Mega money to stay! Ready to go out. I left t...

a little piece of cornwall: July 2009

A little piece of cornwall. Friday, 31 July 2009. Sights of Yalikavak/ part one. It seems so long since my holiday in turkey! The hotel was about a mile or so from the main town and its beautiful harbour , there was so much too see along the way. The windmill was the meeting place for many people including us, it is a great landmark, very effective in the way it has been done. Again along the harbour was this statue, carved and chiseled out of stone, everywhere was kept immaculately clean and litter free.

A little piece of cornwall. Tuesday, 15 May 2012. Lanhydrock country house and garden. It was a really nice walk and one that we had not done before, so it was really good to find something different in a place that was visited so often. A few photos taken last sunday on a beautiful day the gardens were full of colour and the smell of the flowers too were brilliant. Tuesday, May 15, 2012. a little piece of cornwall: March 2010
http://alittlepieceofcornwall.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
A little piece of cornwall. Tuesday, 30 March 2010. My journey continues in New Zealand. My journey through New Zealand really begins after picking up the hired car, off we set for Rotorua, stopping on the way to the Waitomo glo worm caves fascinating and very beautiful, especially the gondola boat ride through the caves where it is completely dark and silent and to see the thousands of glow worms shining brightly up above, no photography was allowed of any sort as not to disturb the fragile glow worms.

Well i am making a conscious effort to blog more i am afraid to say facebook and farmville have taken over the past weeks shameful!
