Monday, June 20, 2011. Been busy - Ontario Red Lake Fishing Report. My apologies for not getting reports on here sooner. Basically the fishing was really good right after ice out catching fish in all the usual places in 8-10 feet of water. However we didn't have any guests until May 21. It snowed opening morning. Then it was basically cold and rainy for three weeks. The fish moved into 14 feet and eventually into 20 feet. Here is a few pics of some Hayden. Deb and I caught. Will post more soon. Hi everyo...

Saturday, October 3, 2009. Ed Jantz and the guys from the chicago fire department visited. Had a pretty good week. About a dozen big pike biggest was 44 inches. Weather was perfect all week. Maybe even too nice. Some groups in camp found good numbers of decent pike in the little to the north of camp. Found some big pike in the little lakes in 5-8 feet of water. The biggest pike from the main lake were in about 12-18 feet of water. One day Dennis and I had 6 big pike grab walleye. He landed this beauty.
