It is in American English, so they write "favorite" and in British English they write "favourite". Don't get confused because the song starts with Sunday (diumenge) and they say it is the 1st day of the week and for us it is the last day because we start the week with Monday (dilluns). They write the days of the week with the first letter a capital letter, we don't. Days of the week.
