I learned it is a lot easier to say no when I was well fed and nourished. Because I was starvi...

My family thinks I ought to continue…. Posted by Ann Kilter. Asymp; Leave a comment. I saw my son this weekend. He said, “Mom, you should continue this way of eating.”. My youngest daughter said the same thing. My oldest daughter likes the home cooking. As for me, I am relaxing a bit about added sugar. Ketchup tastes too sweet. My homemade BBQ sauce tastes better. I don’t want to go back to my old way of eating. Finished – What I Learned from Doing the Whole30. Posted by Ann Kilter. Asymp; 3 Comments.

Plus, we both have more energy and are, overall, just happier people. 2 thoughts on “ About My Journey. You are co...

What ships are for…. Posted by Ann Kilter. Asymp; 1 Comment. In about an hour and 25 minutes, Patty and I are supposed to leave the house and travel 400 miles to visit the town and university where she will be studying for her master’s degree. In history.
