Anxious in Law School. The musings of a nervous 1L. So, tomorrow I take my last final of my 1L year in Property. While I was studying, I looked back over the case of. Berg v. Wily. I don’t know how I managed to miss this the first time, but the summary of the facts of the case includes this little tidbit. As a background, the case involves a property dispute between a landlord and a tenant, who owned and operated a restaurant on the premises. Anyway, I’m almost done! Soon it will be party time indeed.
