The Beauty of Tinned Seafood. The other day I visited KOST. They had 20-30 cans of different preserved fish lying around, after a friend sent them to the shop for sampling. We don’t have very much quality tinned seafood around Denmark, but they do in Portugal – and the design effort on those tins are just lovely. And how do you sell a can of fish?
