I have to say it has been a dissapointment in many regards:. 1 Management has raised rents between 17 and 20 %, with no visible improvements in the quality of the service. 2 The halls and common areas (especially the rest rooms) are, to say the least, in unsanitory conditions (which was NEVER the case w/the prior management).
