Måndag 6 februari 2012. Jag visste inte först om det skulle vara lättare eller svårare att klättra klippa med stegjärn och yxor jämfört med vanlig klippklättring. Jag ville tro att det skulle vara enklare men hade ändå en del misstankar om motsatsen. När jag och Lev drog till Soffabacken i mitten på december och jag för första gången skulle prova så fick jag en chock över hur svårt det var. Jag kom ingenstans! Här inviger jag mina nya Petzl Quark yxor. Drytooling var till en början. Mycket svårt och ovant.

Lördag 18 augusti 2012. Kurser vid Keb och Tarfala, del 1. Den 26 juli hoppade jag och Håkan på tåget mot Kiruna för att åter stifta bekanskap med vår fantastiska lappländska fjällvärld. Denna gången skulle vi gå kurser med bergsguider och få massor med ny kunskap och nyttig erfarenhet! Som ett led i träningen för att bli självständiga på bergen och för att kunna planera våra egna expeditioner över glaciär och berg så tyckte jag att det kändes vist att anta riktiga kurser för detta med bra skolade guider.

Lördag 27 augusti 2011. Snart bär det av mot Frankrike och Mont Blanc. Då bär det snart av mot Mont Blanc, berget som vi nu förberett oss inför i nära tio månader.
