Saturday, 14 November 2009. A suitable day sack or rucksack whilst out hiking and cycling. A mountain bike each. Basic puncture kit or spare inner tubes. Some basic tools to facilitate repairs on route. Suitable wet weather clothing (sorry we can’t guarantee the sun). A compass or GPS. Basic First Aid Kit. A copy of the Ordinance Survey Explorer map. Pen and pencil and some paper may be useful. Instructions for the Bike. Each member of the Team must were a cycle helmet whilst participating in the Biking.
