Will result in a reduction in meals served to Oklahoma’s most vulnerable adults who are at risk of nursing home placement, according to Ken Jones, Chair of the Oklahoma Association of Area Agencies on Aging. There were no mitigations for the current ADvantage populations. Neither bill addressed the utilization of existing resources in the new model.
