Mission & History. Switchboard’s sixth festival took us from the unique compositions of Rob Reich to the amazing sights and sounds of Billygoat, to the brash and funky stylings of Subharmonic. Also featured was a beautiful improvised score by the Oakland Active Orchestra, a wild set by the one and only bass clarinetist Michael Lowenstern, and the heavy and intricate music of Ava Mendoza’s UNNATURAL WAYS.
