Long time (I’m sure you’ve noticed), and although it was technically Colin’s turn, James volunteered to cook some kick-ass jambalaya and cornbread. James has made in the past. The cornbread was the perfect compliment to the spicy, wet jambalaya. It was so good that I had three pieces (and, perhaps, after a couple drinks, 2 more pieces.).
