It took me thirty three days, but I finished, completing the workout seventeen days in a row. And now, I bring you my "results". 30 day shred started 5/6/11. Chest 35.75”. L thigh 24.5”. Chest 35.5”. Hips 39.25”. Total results 30 day shred (33 days). Weight = -3.4 lbs. Inches lost= 6.5. I've lost 15.4 pounds. And 11.75 inches. I can live with that.
