You see, Saturday morning I set myself up for a couple food-related disappointments but… they never materialized. Oh happy day! I figured I’d just give myself an easy out and compile a list here. Fun bonus: I can see how often I’m repeating things, and keep an eye on my oldschool to breadmaker loaf ratio! For the sake of those loaves who don’t have their own posts, I’ll also try to put a quick rating/comment as well. Fairly reliable results; tasty.

I feel terrible not reporting on the on-goings, but hopefully I’ll get around to that soon. (Maybe a little after I find some time to plan and start my seeds for this year’s garden? I followed* the directions for the 1.5lb loaf. With minor substitutions. Here’s what I ended up throwing in the breadmaker:. 1 tbsp. butter. 3 cups white flour. 1/3 cup whole wheat flour. 1 tsp (scant) salt. 2 tsp yeast (which I think was a little too much). I am pathologically incapable of following a recipe verbatim.
