Această reţetă de pizza este deosebită datorită modului inedit de coacere care conferă blatului o consistenţă crocantă şi pufoasă în acelaşi timp, aşa cum ar trebui să iasă un blat de pizza. Sunt foarte mândru că am găsit această metodă mai puţin uzuală de a coace pizza, e cel mai reuşit blat pe care l-am obţinut până acum.
