Jellybeans and Custard: June 2012
http://jellybeansandcustard.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Christian family life in rural Australia. Monday, June 18, 2012. Saddness and great excitement? Well this week has started off with saddness. Good friends and family are moving to another small town to do Ministry work,. Off to where our Saviour leads. We are happy for them to be doing what the Lord would want them to do,. But we are sad to have them leave our little fellowship here. Sam - in my Sunday School Class. JB is really going to miss the fun times with his little friend Amy. Time goes so quickly.

Jellybeans and Custard: January 2012
http://jellybeansandcustard.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Christian family life in rural Australia. Thursday, January 26, 2012. Great excitement yesterday at 'Clayton's Run'! Damo came in at lunch time and said you'd better keep an eye on 'that cow' (he doesn't like to hold to their names) over the next 24 hours. Some of you might remember the post about Charlie's Calf born a couple of months ago,. Well Chocco was sent out with Charlie to the bull because Charlie had SO much milk. That we were concerned about mastitis. Well getting rather fat! What a good mum!

Jellybeans and Custard: August 2014

Christian family life in rural Australia. Tuesday, August 26, 2014. CrAZy WInTeR dAYs since May! I thought I'd share something that I found while going through a little bit of TAX paper work. I really hate doing our tax - I am never organised enough - and I always declare that I will be more organised the following year and I never am! Thankfully I leave (on purpose not really! Funny little things like the picture above to amuse myself and make me laugh when I really do not feel like it :). The long week...

Jellybeans and Custard: November 2011
http://jellybeansandcustard.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Christian family life in rural Australia. Tuesday, November 29, 2011. I am constantly amazed at how fast the time has past since we learnt that we were going to be parents. Two whole years spent with our little man has been an amazing time of learning and growing with him. The little pleasures of seeing him develop into his own little personality - seeing yourself mirrored in his doings, sayings and expressions. JB and his Thomas the Tank Engine cake. JB and the twins on the jumping castle. JB and his Dad.

Jellybeans and Custard: May 2012
http://jellybeansandcustard.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Christian family life in rural Australia. Tuesday, May 29, 2012. BLUE AND WHITE DUCKLINGS FOR JB. We had 2 ducklings back in September. We accidentally forgot to put them away one night and they just *disappeared*. So when we went away for our summer holidays to Kiama,. On the way we saw a sign in one of the many small towns that you pass through advertising ducklings, chickens and the like,. I mentally tucked away that it might be nice to replace them. Including those BIG NASTY looking dogs. They were p...

Riverina Baptist Association: 2010/12
http://riverinabaptists.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 4, 2010. With all the recent rainfall, catchment dams are overflowing, causing flooding along the Murrumbidgee river system right across the Riverina area. This will affect many within our congregations and our communities. As Baptist Churches, lets be actively seeking to help where we can, by offering hospitality, support and assistance. If you know of any way Baptists in the Riverina can assist, please contact Rev. Andrew Skewes or Pastor Steve Maynard. Links to this post. A New Bapt...

Riverina Baptist Association: The Church is the Gospel made visible.
http://riverinabaptists.blogspot.com/2010/04/church-is-gospel-made-visible.html
Thursday, April 22, 2010. The Church is the Gospel made visible. At the recent "Together for the Gospel" conference, Mark Dever spoke about the Churches role in displaying Christ to the world. I highly recommend it to you. To quote Mark; "Take away the local church and you take away the visible manifestation of the Gospel in the world! What do you think? T4G 2010 - Session 1 - Mark Dever.
