HOW TO FIND US. At St Thomas's Church in the heart of Penkhull. The Penkhull Festival has brought world class music to the area since 1966. The wonderful tradition created by Miss May Walley MBE and The Bedford Singers over a period of 39 years, is being continued by Artistic Director, Greg Hallam. His aim is to source some of the finest musicians of today and tomorrow, and bring them to Stoke-on-Trent. The welcoming community at St Thomas’s Church in the heart of Penkhull hosts each concert and recital.
