Arnoldas the (real) Superman. I am yet to learn how to bake tofu. Next week I will be trying to bake tofu for the first time. Meanwhile here is a picture of just plain tofu with an avocado and some salt and pepper. It was so delicious. The bread is Lithuanian black rye bread, with grain and seeds which provide crunchiness.
