Around the World in 80 Years

http://www.aroundtheworldin80years.com//index.html

I've created this site so that anyone who's interested can see where I've been and what I'm up to next. I've just uploaded quite a few updates and although there are no new trips, there is a bit of stuff under "links" on the left hand side. It is all very much a work in progress still. I've finally booked my tickets back to NZ. I've got a 10 hour stopover in LA so should have plenty of time to have a look round Venice beach as it's only about 15km from the airport. 28th March - Israel, Jordan and Egypt.

Around the World in 80 Years

http://www.aroundtheworldin80years.com/countries.html

As I count down the countries the first question that comes up is "how many countries are there in the world? So, my definition of a country includes all of the states that make up the United Nations and are generally unarguably countries - so that's 193 - and I also count the Vatican City and the State of Palestine as these are recognised by the UN as "non-member States".

Just another WordPress.com site. And just why aren’t YOU travelling, eh? February 5, 2018. So that’ll be January gone then?
