Friday, May 7, 2010. A week of firsts. 1 i defended my thesis on monday, finally! It was extra cool because matt, and my mom came to watch even though their only interest in the research was me. they suffered through it though! Made me feel like a little kid in their school play waving to their family out in the crowd and then glowing when eye contact was made. It was a wonderful feeling. glad i got to share it with some of my fam. I don't feel like it! Go away you skinny workout nazi! Been able to do?

EST DECEMBER 27TH 2008. Monday, November 4, 2013. Our baby boy is officially ONE! Benson's 12 Month old Stats:. Height: 31.5 in/95%. Some things about B at 12 months. Benson loves to play outside! He especially likes to walk on grass, step up and down on curbs and play with rocks. Benson started walking a couple weeks ago! He will walk but only when he wants too. I think he prefers to crawl and feels faster and more confident in that. He will randomly stand up and walk though if he feels like it. Funnies...

EST DECEMBER 27TH 2008. Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Benson Allen: 8-9 Months Big! An update from 8 months old till now :). Height: 30.5 inches long (That's 2.5 feet tall! Weight: 21.5 lbs- 78th percentile. Loovves to be jumping! Benson loves to walk around the house (with help of course) and if I try and sit him down he puts up a good fight. Saturday, November 3, 2012. Today, Nov. 3rd, I'm thankful for old friends. Not that age has anything to do with it. Today is my friend Melissa's birthday. We became best friends in first grade and have been through the best of times and the worst of times since then. People used to mistake us for sisters, a fact I still love since all I had were brothers to resemble. Do you know how fun it is to be told you look like your brothers? They're good-looking and all but what girl wants to look like a boy?
