Wednesday, October 12, 2016. 1/2 lb. sausage or other ground meat. 2 T oil (if using lean meat). 2 1/2 T. white rice flour or 3 T. wheat flour. 1 1/4 c. milk, water, or other liquid. Brown the meat (with oil if needed). Add the flour and stir to coat the meat well. Add the milk or other liquid and stir until bubbly and thick. Let simmer for a few minutes, stirring often. If gravy is too thick add liquid until it is the way you want it. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4 ( 2/3. Labels: Recipe - Stovetop.

Wednesday, October 5, 2016. 4 c old fashioned oats. 2 c quick oats. 1 c wheat flour or wheat germ. 188; c. flax seed,. 1 c flaked coconut. 189; c. rolled wheat. 190; c. honey. 189; t. vanilla. 189; c. oil. Mix honey, oil, vanilla. Mix dry ingredients. Bake at 250º for 2 hours. Stir every ½ hour. You can use molasses for honey but honey is cheaper. Some people put in nuts, or sunflower seeds.
