A" is for.Andersons. Life at its most basic! Thursday, August 13, 2009. B" is for.Baby. We are so happy to welcome Adalyn Jem Anderson to our crazy family. She was born August 13th, 2009 at 3:58 AM. She weighs 6 pounds, 13 ounces and is 19 inches long. She came out bright pink and letting the whole world know that she had arrived by screaming so loudly that nurses from other rooms came in to see what all the ruckus was about. I'm not sure what has happened to June but it is gone as is July for the most part. I am a slacker on the posting front. I have no excuse for the lack of posts, but a promise to try and do better. A" is for.Andersons. Life at its most basic! Monday, June 22, 2009. Z" is for Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Well our precious 21 month old Avalon continues to amuse us with her antics. Last night while wishing our father's a Happy Father's Day, I continued to hear the normal noises of Avalon getting to sleep. She was noisier than normal so I went to check on her after the call. She was asleep, but had decided that she needed to gather a "few" of her favorite things to cuddle up with to go to sleep. Iowa, United States.

Jimmy, Kelli, and Claire. No it's Iowa" -Field of Dreams. Sunday, June 3, 2012. Mount Rushmore Road Trip. We took a family vacation to the Black Hills of South Dakota. Clark Griswald style. We road tripped it about 10 hours and stayed several days in a cabin and took in the sites. We had such a great time as a little family. Sylvan lake- so beautiful. I really wanted to stay on top of this.but as most things in my life go, I get lazy and behind. So here is an attempt to "catch up" for the last few months. Turned 5 and Avalon 5 months. Thursday, October 15, 2009. I cannot believe that Lily is 6 weeks old already! She is absolutely a doll! I am so glad you guys get to relive the baby time in your home again! Friday, January 13, 2012. One Year Ago Today. It's been exactly One year today since we said goodbye to our little sweetheart. Oh how I miss my baby!
