I know, I know, I'm sorry! 10 lemons, zest only. 4 1/2 cups water. Place the lemon zest into a large glass container with an wide mouth and an airtight lid. Pour the alcohol on top and seal with lid. Keep the container in a cool dry dark place for at least ten days. Preparation Time: 20 minutes. Cooking Time: 20 minutes. Inactive Time: 10 days plus 2 weeks.

Now that I don't have to search far and wide to find dangmyeon. Or sweet potato noodles in our neck of the woods , all I need is time or the inclination to whip up this fantastic and colorful one-pot meal . This is even far easier to make than my fave gon chow ngau ho! Is a Korean noodle dish made from sweet potato noodles called dangmyeon ,. 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger.

Saturday, August 9, 2014. 台式奶香月饼（莲蓉馅） Taiwanese Style Baked Mooncake (with homemade Lotus Paste). 总觉得任何华丽的言语都不及这三个字 “我爱你”。 每一天都不会忘记讲的话就是“我爱你，宝贝。”. 表层：蛋黄液 少许的鲜奶（搅拌均匀）. 份量：馅料 33g / 皮 30g. 1）牛油放在室温中待软化后，加入糖粉及糖浆打至松发，再把蛋液分次加入后，打成牛油糊。 2）接着把面粉、奶粉和苏打粉过筛后，加入奶油糊中拌匀，即为面团。 3）把面团放在温室下松弛30分钟后，分割。 4）接着把馅料分成等份，搓圆。取一个饼皮面团在手掌上压扁。然后将饼皮包入馅料，再放入月餅模内打印出花纹的月饼。 5）预热烤箱，以150℃烤约10分钟后取出，在月餅表面刷上蛋黄液，再继续烤约20分钟即可。 50g Unsalted butter, soften at room temperature. 150g low protein flour. 10g milk powder, sieved. 1/4 tsp soda powder.
