Nd put in anything that is appropriate. Season your filling with cornflour, soy sauce, pepper and chicken granules. Mix the ingredients well by stirring in a circular motion in one direction. Ater to 'glue' it. There are many ways to cook your sui kow:. Put a few at a time, and stir gently to prevent them from stickin.

I like to use chives (韮菜) rather than leek as it has a stronger taste. But I think it is easier to get leek when one is in Australia, so I replace it with leek in this recipe.
