Our Personal Training Packages are all designed for 1:1 private training or sharing with a friend (1:2). Packages can be developed for training 3 or 4 friends together, but these are only available at our group site in Woonona, due to Council limitations. We are fully mobile and can train you in your own backyard or garage if you prefer! Let us help you reach your personal fitness goals! Our packages are available in 30 minute express packs, or 45 minute session packs. Price list and packages.

It's interesting, i've been 'pretty' good with my food intake etc over the past few months, but probably hadn't taken stock of it as well as I could have. As a result, my weight hasn't budged an inch, so i've obviously become a queen at maintenance ;-). Well, I've been 100% conscious of only putting in what should go in, no little extra bits here and there. end result - 1.9kg loss in two days!

To start, it was very fresh but clear day - probably about 8 degrees that morning. There were over 650 competitors in the event, which was divided into various age groups. I am so proud of her. she's lost 4 kilos so far (in 5 weeks), but more importantly, she is finally learning how to eat properly and not starve herself in the vain hope of weight loss. She's gone from thinking 1000 calories a day was okay, to 1600 calories a day - which was a huge mind shift for her.
