Thursday, September 11, 2008. Daman has some of the most fantastic views of the Himalaya. It has a great view of the mountains from Dhaulagiri to Mt Everest. Daman is halfwaay between Kathmandu and Hetauda. It is definitely a worth visiting. Daman by car is about three hours from Kathmandu and four hours from Hetauda.
