My journey with an autoimmune disorder. More than just uveitis. Sleep, Precious Sleep…. September 15, 2012. I have had some sleep and PROPER sleep – not tranquiliser induced (no temazepam since Tuesday)! Last night I actually slept from 1am-6am without even going to the loo – FIVE whole lovely hours.
