To start off with it was a big struggle, I was breathing so heavy- I think it was because I pushed myself too much. The following morning you guessed it, my body was in pain but waking up in the morning started becoming easier I wasn’t so tried and had more energy. I told my friend about my results and guess what? She was inspired and joint the gym! Go ahead have a jog!
