Tuesday, May 07, 2013. Volunteered at Ben's school. Picked up bags of bark at Lowe's. Delivered CDs of pictures to my aunt and sister-in-law. Loaded and unloaded the dishwasher. Edged and mowed the lawn. Spread out bark on flower beds. Treated all the dandelions in the yard. Painted part of the roof soffit. Did a couple loads of laundry. Ran to the library. Fertilized the back lawn. And not to be forgotten that I have kids and they need love and attention. Oh, and of course food. View my complete profile.

Sunday, March 31, 2013. Life is always busy, but March is an extra busy month at our house. Things just seem a little more low key in the winter. And while the boys go crazy (thus drive me crazy) being inside all the time, I enjoy that we aren't going in so many different directions in the winter. March is the month when all that changes. With three birthdays in our little family (plus seven more in our extended families), two holidays, and the return of good weather there is always a lot going on. Then ...

Tuesday, December 13, 2011. Back in October Chad and I took an awesome trip to Kauai. Luke came with us to, because he was after all completely dependent on me to sustain life. It was fun to have him with us though. Going from being the mom of three to having only one for a week is a vacation in and of itself. Monday, October 24, 2011. A tree on fire. This is the view from my kitchen. This morning when the sun came up and shone through my neighborhoods' apricot tree, it took my breath away.
