Sunday, March 21, 2010. Sunday March 21 - Day 3. This has been my first day on the 500 cal limit. It was a little harder being home all day and resisting snacking but my will power held out. I took my shot at 11 and ate my apple before I cooked lunch. At 2:00 I had baked blackened salmon and green beans. Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Tuesday March 23rd - Day 5. Wellit's now the end of day 5. Today was a little easier than yesterday so I expect by Friday I wont have any problems with the 500 calories. I forgot my energy drinks and apples at home this morning but I think that might have turned out to be a good thing. I found out that the white of a boiled egg is about 15 calories each. Sunday, March 21, 2010. Friday March 19 Day 1 - Pick up the HCG. I was prepared this time so I began the loading the day I was to pick up the HCG. I ate the following:. 6 Chic-fil-a chickin mini's and 2 large sweet teas. Bigmac from McDonalds (I haven't had one in years and I remember why now) and a large coke. 2 cans of big red during the work day. 4 slices of pizza. Intracellular water = 76.8 lbs. Extracellular water = 46.0 lbs. Dry Lean Mass = 45.3 lbs. Body Fat Mass = 90.3 lbs. Weight = 258.4.

Sunday, March 21, 2010. Saturday March 20 Day 2 - Last day of loading. So saturdays are training days for me. I went from 9:30 to 10:45 with Jake. I'm not going to weigh until Friday for this first week because I want a nice surprise to end the first week. It's always the hardest the first week because you're not exactly hungry but you're body feels SO deprived from not eating the quantity you used to. I ate the other half of the pizza at 11 because I knew it would be 2pm before I had lunch with friends.
