http://austintriathlete.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html

Jessica, a Austin Runner AND Triathlete. Sunday, July 11, 2010. SOi cut a 1.5 minutes off my swim time from last year and one minute off my run but added 3 minutes on the bike time this year! Looks like i need to get on the bike more. Overall, very happy with my effort and glad i was able to keep with my status quo of last yr, despite the fact my training hasn't been the most excellent this year. Congrats to Kiki on his 2nd tri.and finishing the bike with a flat tire! Tri Girl race next month in August!

Jessica, a Austin Runner AND Triathlete: February 2010

http://austintriathlete.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html

Jessica, a Austin Runner AND Triathlete. Friday, February 19, 2010. Haven't been running much. finally hopped on the road bike after many many months of NO GEARS in my life. it was fun, although my knees hate me now. I've been hitting core pretty hard and plan to keep up with this at least once a week.feel the difference already in just 2 months of commitment. Swimming has been minimal but at the same time, I seem to get burned out on this the fastest.hope to rejoin t3 in march. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Jessica, a Austin Runner AND Triathlete: September 2010

http://austintriathlete.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html

Jessica, a Austin Runner AND Triathlete. Monday, September 6, 2010. The 2010 Edition of the Austin Tri (12 minutes slower, but with MORE FUN! And I had a lot of fun! Probably the most fun i have had in a race before. I'm not really so sure why to be honest with you. Lack of training=more relaxed attitude towards racing? Wetsuit legal meant a fantastic swim.almost the exact time (to the second! I did last year (last year was sans wetsuit.and I felt like i had an 'okay' swim this year! See you out there!

I told Tanya she won the polka dot jersey for the day (in the Tour ' de. Thankfully, we were safe and didn't have any negative bovine experiences except for having to slow for them. After those first 50 miles we refilled our water bottles and then headed out towards Belton. That's what hills will do! Century. Is it insan...

Tuesday, September 1, 2009. It's allowed, right? I'm a poor blogger.but it's only cause I'm a busy Commander and Triathlete. Both keep me busy. Let me sum up the last two weeks:. Pursuit: The Act of Striving: Getting close!

http://drivenpursuit.blogspot.com/2009/10/getting-close.html

Sunday, October 18, 2009. Hey look, it's only been 16 days this time since I blogged anything! When I hit solid taper, I intend to blog a little bit more. Three things have kept me busy: my job (command), Ironman training (of course), and grad school applications. The later takes more than I thought it would! Oh well, should be done soon and then it'll be the "sit and wait" to find out where I go. There will be more of that to come though, so enough talk on it! That 10-miler did, however, whoop my legs!

Friday, October 2, 2009. I'm not going to even throw out the apology this time. Obviously, life is crazy busy, and September was no exception. I actually had a couple of weeks of leave/vacation in September, but they were spent traveling to Oklahoma, racing the Oklahoma Redman. Traveling back to Texas, studying for the GRE. And taking the GRE. I did catch up on SOME sleep, but that's about the only thing that I caught up on in September. Training is going well and racing went excellent. In recap:. The we...

Sunday, August 16, 2009. What a week, in every aspect! A truly spectacular career of selfless service. Following that ceremony we all went to lunch together. The culminating event of the week, however, was a "professional development film," in other words, I took my senior leaders to go see "GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra." Seriously! I look forward to the next one, because it's OBVIOUS there will be a #2! S: 5100.00 Meters; 1h 53m. B: 169.81 Mi 9h 11m 03s. R: 4500 Mi; 6h 23m 22s. Links to this post. 02 Feb 0...

Saturday, March 12, 2016. Service Captain, Chris Warren, admiring new SRAM eTAP. By now you've probably heard of Shimano's Di2 and SRAM's new eTAP Wireless groupsets. Below is a collection of questions we've been asked. Feel free to let us know if you have more! Is that even reliable? Why would I want electronic shifting? Does it need regular service? Can I service it myself? How long does the battery last? How long does it take to recharge the battery? How many recharge cycles can the battery take?
