Mobile phone exchange is open to everyone. You don't have to have a special needs child or be a member of IAA. What next - autismirelandphones.ie. Please note: The current wait time for iPads about 2 weeks. Leave the phones loose (please) and just submit them along with the information slips on the back of the envelopes. There is no need to put them into the envelopes and it makes our work easier if you don't. Put all the phones loose into a plastic bag or a few plastic bags, knot the bags securely. Then box them. Tape up the box very well, think Fort Knox here! Please note, batteries are required with the phones.
