Trampoline- It can be used as a energy release or a frustration release. I have the Gold’s Gym Mini Trampoline. That I got at Walmart. It holds up an adult and is only $30. You can probably get a cheaper one if you need it for a younger kid. I have a Stay Ball. You can also use things like the ones in the picture.

Autism Through A Mommas Eyes. Saturday, June 28, 2014. We took a little 3 day trip up North to Lake Geneva this past weekend. Overall it was a great trip! The boys thoroughly enjoyed swimming in a big pool and Robert proved to be a fish by not being afraid of jumping in with just arm floats on.
