AZ Long Term Care. Okay had a visit from Arizona Long Term Care about Conor's continued therapy treatments today. She explained a lot to me. THANK GOD! Not being totally clear on how all this worked was driving me crazy. At age three they transition Conor into the Developmental Preschool programs through the school district. When Conor was approved for AHCCCS, he was approved because Conor's father was not working and I was the only one with an income. Conor waved "Good-Bye" for the first time EVER last night! I told Maria, "just so you know, that was the first time ever that he really waved good-bye".
