1首先點TMEV開啟軟體(下圖)，打開上面那條Multiexperiment viewer的file(下圖藍箭頭)，選new multiple array vierer，不過有時候他會自己開啟multiple array viewer. 3打開後會出現跟下圖一樣的視窗，選 "Select file Loader"(1)中的"Other Format File"(2)的"GenePix Format File"(3). 6分析處理data，選上面的"Adjust data"(下圖1)中的"Normalization"(2)中的"Ratio Statistics"(3). 選好後會出現下圖視窗，他有gene tree(下圖紫色箭頭1號)以及sample tree(下圖紫色箭頭2號). Analysis"中的" Clustering" 的" KMC". 可以設定 Number of clusters 和 Maximum interations ，但是總數一定要大於我們有的 gene 數，不然會error(下圖藍箭頭). Analysis" →" Clustering" → "CAST".
