So, not only is it delicious in stuffing and sauce, but has recently been found helpful in management of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Very cool stuff! Labels: herb of the week. Erins Urban Herbs: About Us
http://erinsurbanherbs.blogspot.com/p/about-us.html
Herb of the Week. That first year of growing was a great experience. I watched each seed emerge from the soil with a unique form. I quickly learned to distinguish each herb by that form. After that first year, I was hooked! Erin's Urban Herbs grew and sold herbs for the 2004-2007 spring seasons. Since 2007, I took time off to get married and have a baby. In 2011, as a family, we made the decision to revive Erin's Urban Herbs. We can't wait to see where this journey takes us! We want to hear from you!
