名称 本会の名称は、日本成長学会 The Japanese Association for Human Auxology とする。 第３条 目的 本会は、人間の成長および発育 発達について国際的な視野から研究し、日本において Human Auxology(成長学)を確立、発展させることを目的とする。 第 10条 役員 本会には以下の役員をおく。 第 12条 役員の選出と任期 役員の選出は、細則の定めるところによる。 第 13条 総会 総会は、第５条の個人会員をもって組織し、毎年１回、理事長が招集する。 第 14条 理事会 理事会は、理事長が招集する。 第 15条 理事会の役割 理事会は以下のことを協議し、決定する。 第 16条 委員会 理事会は、理事会の議を経て、理事会の諮問機関として、会務の遂行に必要な委員会を設置できる。 第 17条 学術集会 本会は、毎年１回学術集会を開催する。 第 18条 学術集会長 本会は、学術集会を統括するために学術集会長を定める。 第 19条 資金 本会の運営には、次の資金をあてる。 第 22条 会計年度 本会の会計年度は、１月１日から12月31日までとする。
