Spoon out dough to form a cookie, place a rolo in middle of the dough. Bake 350* for 8-10 minutes. Add a little hersheys square on top for the last 30 seconds. Monday, May 11, 2015. Cheesy Pesto and Sun-Dried Tomato Torte. We first had this appetizer at a family get-together at my aunt and uncles house. My sisters and I grazed at this until it was gone. So addicting! 3-8 Oz pkg cream cheese, softened. 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped. 1-7 oz container refrigerated pesto. 1- 8 oz jar, oil packed sun dried tomatoes, well drained. She and her sister had an incident, and she ended up at the E.R. for a Psych Evaluation. LOOOONG story short.she is happily sleeping back in our basement.
