Friday, August 14, 2009. In my college these are a regular verbal handouts to you-. The library will be 'off' for the rest of the day. The labs will be 'off' after 5 pm. The gymnasium is 'off' for the next 3 days. Off is not just routine but an obsession , its not just fashion but passion out here -. On fully functional days the library opens from 9 am till 12 am with a 1 hour break i.e. 14 hours while on these 'off' s it works from 9 am to 1 pm only! And who are to suffer .we students .
