Just another WordPress.com site. Awaking My Inner Wellness. Sleepless nights and Awesome workouts. After I did what I needed to do in the morning, I didn’t feel like I was going to be able to go back to sleep. Low an behold I managed to because the temperature in my room was perfecto. But of course it couldn’t be that easy. PECO guys knocking at my door, the phone ringing, the dog barking, the trash men outside. GAH! But I managed to get enough rest to start my day (slowly of course). 25 lunges each leg.

Just another WordPress.com site. Awaking My Inner Wellness. It’s the weekend! And the weather continues to be beautiful! Yesterday my activity was mowing the lawn. It took about an hour and I worked up a good sweat pushing that thing. So I just kept running. Afterwards I mapped out my path on google maps and it was 2 miles! It felt so easy! Just another WordPress.com site. Awaking My Inner Wellness. I wore my heart rate monitor all day today and what did I do? Only be the most wonderful daughter in the world! My mom as been away all week and my dad most of the week, but hes been working while he is home. None of this really matters other than the fact that no body asked me to do what I did today. What did I do? Cleaned the entire house! That only burned about 250 calories and it took hours! Sometimes drama can be an amazing motivator!
