Indian Bazaars: July 2012
http://indianbazaars.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
About the Indian shop and the traditional bazaars in India. Friday, July 27, 2012. It was a complete revelation to visit Nerul this time I went to Bombay, having lived away for many years now. It’s a relatively new suburb of Bombay. I grew up in Sion and for many living in South Bombay then, Sion was a suburb they had never been to and Nerul is further North! You can already read Anjali's totally absorbing post Friendly Neighbourhood Bangali Mashi's Kitchen. At her blog dedicated to food Anna Parabhahma.

Indian Bazaars: Rakhi Bazaar: a Photo essay
http://indianbazaars.blogspot.com/2013/08/rakhi-bazaar-photo-essay.html
About the Indian shop and the traditional bazaars in India. Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Rakhi Bazaar: a Photo essay. Each time I go to Manek chowk in Ahmedabad, the streets look different, completely different. The last time I went there, it was around the Holi festival and you could tell that Holi was just around the corner, because everywhere, you saw the Pichkaris and the holi colours. If you were to go there in January, around the Sankranti festival, there’s kites everywhere! Posted by Indian Bazaars.

Indian Bazaars: February 2013
http://indianbazaars.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
About the Indian shop and the traditional bazaars in India. Wednesday, February 27, 2013. The flowers were there…. But, where was the market? There was nothing to identify this as a market building. Nothing to identify it as a market street either. There was no street. Just some space between randomly built one-storeyed brick and concrete structures. There were flowers everywhere. People selling flowers. People buying flowers. Further down, there were more shops selling flowers. It was a busy time...
Indian Bazaars: Ganesha Bazaar at Malleswaram
http://indianbazaars.blogspot.com/2013/09/ganesha-bazaar-at-malleswaram.html
About the Indian shop and the traditional bazaars in India. Saturday, September 14, 2013. Ganesha Bazaar at Malleswaram. That was for me the bit to contemplate about Ganesha festival this year. To know how small neighbourhood bazaars have so much happening during a festival and are totally joyous for that day. Last year had written about this gradual change to eco-ganeshas: Ganeshotsav 2012: Clay all set to plaster Paris out. And today an article in The Times of India. Article that talks about what is ec...

About the Indian shop and the traditional bazaars in India. Saturday, October 27, 2012. In the early hours of the morning, the flower vendors at K.R.market completely fill the public spaces of the inner city in Bangalore. It is a loose space that shapes itself as vendors and customers manoeuvre through it. No one asks questions about why people make a living by selling flowers on these streets as long as the selling happens before the city’s vehicular traffic begins to enter this same space. The traffic ...

About the Indian shop and the traditional bazaars in India. Saturday, September 15, 2012. We had not heard about Gimme coffee. Until a friend introduced us to it a month ago. A Way of Seeing – It's All A Matter Of Perception
A Way of Seeing. It's All A Matter Of Perception. A Way of Seeing: The Book. I now have my very own YouTube channel called A Way of Seeing. After the book; not very surprising really. Are you afraid to be vulnerable? Would you like to learn how to be more authentic, open and honest? Would you like all your relationships to be more fulfilling? Would you like to release decades of suppressed emotion and feeling? This book then is a philosophical and spiritual paint remover wrapped in metaphor. The Foibles ...

A fresh economic perspective. Mumbai Open – 8 Oct. Despite the election looming upon India in the coming year, austerity measures have been implemented in an effort the curb the burgeoning deficit. While I sit waiting for my boss to come back to me with work, I start pondering over life and what it has in store for me. What do I want from life, from myself?
