A Work In Progress. Thursday, April 11, 2013. My word for the year is change. The first step I took this year to make changes in my life is I started reading "Simple Abundance A Daybook of Comfort and Joy". It is a book of daily essays that help a person find perspective in ones life and transform oneself. I found I have become less materialistic. I now have a daily gratitude journal which has shown me just how blessed I am. Pleasure is found in the simple tasks of daily living. 2 My morning cup of coffee.
