Had I not purchased the extended cut and actually sat down to watch it again (well, watched it through several Metro commutes on my iPhone), Dune. 30 minutes. Then we have lots of explosions and the death of Duncan Idaho - Richard Jordan we hardly got to hear you chew scenery (luckily, Patrick Stewart fills in on that not nicely - almost a characature of himself).

Definitely leans more toward the horror side of the mythical creature than any of the other recent works. In fact, it is by far the goriest take I've seen.
