A Writer's Faith: April 2015

http://www.awritersfaith.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html

Monthly Highlights - April. Thursday, April 30, 2015. April has been the most insane month so far this year, and I think you can all tell that this blog has suffered because of that. Posting has been scarce. I'm really hoping I can pick up the pace in May, but loads of catch up work hangs over with school. -.-. I really can't wait for summer. Anyways, to the highlights! Camp was this month. That was definitely the GREATEST highlight of this month. I wrote 65,733 words and had the best. It was nice to get...

A Writer's Faith: February 2015

http://www.awritersfaith.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html

Monthly Highlights - February. Saturday, February 28, 2015. I was the only one in my family who escaped the dreaded stomach flu. (And I realize that this isn't a highlight for the rest of my family members, but it's a highlight for me. xD). I like to doodle. Or zentangle, whatever you might call it. And I got new pens for that! Thank you to my grandparents for the Christmas money so I could get them. :D. My sister got braces. Oh my goodness. I loved it so much. :D. You have no idea how happy this makes me.

A Writer's Faith: July 2015

http://www.awritersfaith.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html

Monthly Highlights - July. Friday, July 31, 2015. Over here on the side bar I finally figured out how to add social media buttons! You may go stalk and follow all of them. :p. If you are reading this as an email, you'll need to visit the actual website to see them. Note: Editing has taken over my life this month (*cough* you'll notice from my lack of posts) but I am NOT dead and merely imprisoned by my own book. Posts shall resume in August. I FINISHED MY BOOK. And *drumroll* I got a Facebook. I wrote tw...

http://www.awritersfaith.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html

A Look into my Life - September Edition. Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Happy Tuesday, readers! I'm starting a monthly post called, (you guessed it). A Look into my Life. This is where I'll spend my time talking about things that are going on in my life (duh) usually non-writing related. Y'all get to see what I'm involved in outside the blogosphere. :). So here we go! Happenings and Highlights of this Month:. I've started a play! Six other homeschoolers and I are preforming a rendition of Shakespeare's.

Monthly Highlights - March. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Do you all realize that we're one fourth. Of the way done with this year? But this year has been absolutely fantastic so far. I've been blessed with all the opportunities I've gotten, and the feedback from this blog. Seeing all the comments makes me smile. So thank you! Even though I'm still nowhere close to finishing my first round of edits. I hope you all realize that this starts tomorrow. It meant a lot. :). Pictures should lead you to the post).

Totally Graced: Farewell, 2016!

http://totallygraced.blogspot.com/2016/12/farewell-2016.html

Saturday, December 31, 2016. How are you all doing? How were your Christmases? My Christmas was absolutely wonderful- full of family and way too much food and gift exchanges and fun. Christmas is my favorite day of the entire year, and I already miss it! The fact that in a matter of hours it will be 2017 freaks me out to no end. I know that the Internet has kind of blown up lately with posts and tweets about how horrible 2016 was. 2016 was a good year for me. It seems kind of silly. A Year In Review.

Thoughts From a Daughter of God. For I know the plans I have for you says the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11. Saturday, August 8, 2015. Me and My Crazy Life, as well as Expectations of Others. People have an idea of what a teen should do as they grow up: finish highschool, go to college, date, get a fancy high paying job, get married, have a kid, and get him/her through school, kid moves out, and the couple retires, and has fun until th...

Totally Graced: NaNoWriMo 2016 Recap

http://totallygraced.blogspot.com/2016/12/nanowrimo-2016-recap.html

Sunday, December 4, 2016. November was a crazy month, you guys. Everyone in the blogosphere has heard about NaNoWriMo in some capacity, whether they participated themselves, had friends taking part, or simply just read hundreds of posts in which people ranted about it. This year, I decided to take part. This November, I wrote 51,110 words. I can't believe how close that I am to finishing. It's surreal. I'm looking at you! Funny little side note but after I hit 25K earlier in the month and realized that I...

Totally Graced: Happy December!

http://totallygraced.blogspot.com/2016/12/happy-december.html

Thursday, December 1, 2016. Writing an intro post for a new month always feels weird. But I can say with absolute certainty that this is the weirdest post to write. It's December, guys. HOW IS IT DECEMBER? Right now, I'm writing this sitting at my kitchen table. And in some ways, you would never be able to tell that it's December. It's sixty degrees outside, sunlight is streaming through the windows, and orange leaves still populate the trees. I could almost forget that it's December entirely. Instead, I...

Wednesday, June 17, 2015. A Writerly Reading List. In the past year or so, I have gotten serious about writing. Since then, I have also started reading more. A lot more hours go into reading and writing, blogging, and chatting with my internet buddies. 1 Out of Time Series by Nadine Brandes. A Time to Die. 2 The Ilyon Chronicles by Jaye L. Knight. 3 The Makilien Trilogy by Molly Evangeline. Overal...

anything, everything: Perfect Words Challenge

http://ghostryter.blogspot.com/2015/07/perfect-words-challenge.html

Saturday, July 18, 2015. The gist of this challenge is that you select three passages where you feel the author found the "perfect words" to say something, share them, and then tag fellow bloggers to do the same! Allison at The Art of Storytelling. Created this challenge, and 'twas she who tagged me to participate. (Thank you, Allison! And so, here are the three passages I chose. Who am I? – Story of Fire

https://storyoffire.wordpress.com/about

This is my story, this is my song…. My name is Faith Song, and I’m a homeschooled fifteen year old girl with a passion for GOD, words, and coffee. I live just outside a small town in the Central United States, with eight of my ten siblings, and my two parents, the best family in all the worlds. As you could probably guess from the past two sentences, I am an aspiring speculative fiction (sci-fi and fantasy) writer. I also attempt to be a realism artist. Well… That’s me, in a. A Writer's Escape – by Murtuza Kapadia

A Writer's Escape. A Writer's Escape. August 10, 2016. August 17, 2016. 8216;Hello,’ and we start our conversation;. Our regular mundane communication. Over spent days and on-goings,. Queries to answers we’re always knowing. And when the formalities are all done;. When our words have reached their sum,. I linger on, waiting again. For another conversation to begin. For ramblings bursting from my head. For feelings that remained unsaid,. For truths unspoken and secrets kept,. But you will never know.

A Writer's Eyes

Awaiting the dawn, I find myself in a state of Midnight Revelry. I Wish upon a Memory. Sunday, January 19, 2014. In that space of memories, my name is printed boldly on the books I always intended to write. Daydreams carry me back to years so far away yet just within my reach. I close my eyes and reminisce about when life was like a romantic poem. Labels: creative freelance writer. A Grandmother's Twilight Cadence. Monday, January 06, 2014. A Writer's Eyry. A would-be Singaporean novelist's blog. Was at the Starting Out panel discussion over at the Arts Museum. Listened in, asked a question, met some people. And hello, if you happen to be passing by this corner of the internet =). In any case, the question that I asked (and shook up my nerves, especially when it has been a long time since I had done any sort of presentation or speaking in public) was:. On the way out, probably will read it in camp. So that’s it for now. A Catcher in the Rye.
