Totally Graced: Farewell, 2016!
http://totallygraced.blogspot.com/2016/12/farewell-2016.html
Saturday, December 31, 2016. How are you all doing? How were your Christmases? My Christmas was absolutely wonderful- full of family and way too much food and gift exchanges and fun. Christmas is my favorite day of the entire year, and I already miss it! The fact that in a matter of hours it will be 2017 freaks me out to no end. I know that the Internet has kind of blown up lately with posts and tweets about how horrible 2016 was. 2016 was a good year for me. It seems kind of silly. A Year In Review.

http://totallygraced.blogspot.com/2016/12/nanowrimo-2016-recap.html
Sunday, December 4, 2016. November was a crazy month, you guys. Everyone in the blogosphere has heard about NaNoWriMo in some capacity, whether they participated themselves, had friends taking part, or simply just read hundreds of posts in which people ranted about it. This year, I decided to take part. This November, I wrote 51,110 words. I can't believe how close that I am to finishing. It's surreal. I'm looking at you! Funny little side note but after I hit 25K earlier in the month and realized that I...

Totally Graced: Happy December!
http://totallygraced.blogspot.com/2016/12/happy-december.html
Thursday, December 1, 2016. Writing an intro post for a new month always feels weird. But I can say with absolute certainty that this is the weirdest post to write. It's December, guys. HOW IS IT DECEMBER? Right now, I'm writing this sitting at my kitchen table. And in some ways, you would never be able to tell that it's December. It's sixty degrees outside, sunlight is streaming through the windows, and orange leaves still populate the trees. I could almost forget that it's December entirely. Instead, I...

I have met new people (mostly over the internet), and I have learned a lot. My life has been very different. A lot more hours go into reading and writing, blogging, and chatting with my internet buddies. 1 Out of Time Series by Nadine Brandes. A Time to Die. 2 The Ilyon Chronicles by Jaye L. Knight. 3 The Makilien Trilogy by Molly Evangeline. Overal...

anything, everything: Perfect Words Challenge
http://ghostryter.blogspot.com/2015/07/perfect-words-challenge.html
Saturday, July 18, 2015. The gist of this challenge is that you select three passages where you feel the author found the "perfect words" to say something, share them, and then tag fellow bloggers to do the same! Allison at The Art of Storytelling. Created this challenge, and 'twas she who tagged me to participate. (Thank you, Allison! And so, here are the three passages I chose.
