Thursday, September 18, 2008. I've finally found 'my' cafe! Yesterday, quite a sunny day, I went for a bike ride with Mel and Teo (Spanish guy) to a lake about 40mins from here. Very pleasant! Monday, September 29, 2008. Almost-perfect weather blessed Chambery again on Sunday. After a couple of hours of exploring, Mel and I went to sit at the park to enjoy the sun and de-stress due to the number of people around. January 27, 2010. Time to Eat WW recipe. 100g (3 oz) self raising flour. 50g (1 oz) icing sugar. 75g (2 oz) self raising white flour. 75g (2 oz) cornflour. 1 Preheat oven to Gas 4/180 C/fan oven 160 C. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking parchment. 2 Beat the margarine and sugar together until pale and fluffy. 3 Scoop out the vanilla seeds and beat into the mixture. Add the flout and cornflour and mix to form a stiff dough. I didn’t have any vanilla pods in so used some essence. So is mixed spice.
