I feel like I have read about the ways in which race for people of color has been socially constructed, but no one really writes about whiteness. For example Lopez writes,. Wednesday, September 8, 2010. The way a society distances itself from physical structures whose purpose is to hide uncomfortable truths or bury undesirable 'necessities' mirrors the way narratives of history...

A Year Away

My year-long foreign exchange program to Italy! Friday, July 19, 2013. There are only 48 days until I leave for New York. This is only a little stop. I promise! Unless something happens to the plane. Anyway!
