Soft Shock: Website Up! (and other new happenings)
http://soft-shock.blogspot.com/2010/05/website-up-and-other-new-happenings.html
Thursday, May 20, 2010. And other new happenings). I finally had time last week to sit for a few days and work on my new website. Work, moving and planning for my San Diego trip have been dominating my life recently so getting some free time for myself was a breath of fresh air. Enjoy! Http:/ www.wix.com/Duplika/WandaWolmarCeramics. Secondly, My Etsy Store is up and running again. I stocked it with a bunch of new work that I've been developing. Http:/ www.etsy.com/shop/Duplika. Soft Shock: April 2010
http://soft-shock.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 27, 2010. I've been trying out silica sand. I love the sugar quality. This is just the beginning. I think I'm going to slow down on the massive sculptural peices and work primarly on function. I felt like I needed to get this urge to "remove function" out for a bit and now I'm ready to get back to making pots! Sand is just another texture. Something to grasp on to. Literally. :). Soft Shock: Fluff (New Work In Process)
http://soft-shock.blogspot.com/2011/02/fluff-new-work-in-process.html
Thursday, February 10, 2011. Fluff (New Work In Process). I've been so intrigued by fur and hair lately. The vessel has now become furry lil creature-esque objects. Some to be nuzzled together and others to "stand" on their own. Next on the list: Hair. February 10, 2011 at 2:43 PM. Wanda you simply rock. That is all. :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). http://soft-shock.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 5, 2013. I'm back from a crazy long (but good) hiatus. Its been pretty quiet here mainly because of lack of internet and computer access. I FINALLY have a computer! I bit the bullet and saved up for a new MacBook Pro! Slowly I will be posting more and more here as the weeks go on. I will be figuring out what this blog will look like now that I'm back. And I have a full time job (will talk about that later on). So here for a new beginning! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Can one still contain?

Soft Shock: June 2009
http://soft-shock.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Been able to make some more "functional" stuff. Hopefully they will be glazed for some shows in Aug. HA.we'll see. I'm doing major glaze testing for cone 6. I havent messed with mid range for a few years but Im giving it a fighting chance. I think that with what I know now about firing.glazing w/ cone 10 redux I can apply it towards cone 6 (kinda) and have better success. Now I can play with colored slips. Yay!
