Ice Crizzle: Grandma
http://icecrizzle.blogspot.com/2012/06/grandma.html
Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Like everyone, I have two grandmothers. My paternal grandmother, as did my paternal grandfather, died before I was born. My maternal grandmother was Grandma. For me. She was the sweetest person and was kind in the extreme. She just laughed and laughed her sweet whooping laugh at the end of that story. She had a great sense of humor. Im understand how youre feeling, and Im happy that she had your love and support. Thats a great picture of her and her husband (young and in love).

Ice Crizzle: December 2010
http://icecrizzle.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Jane and Kate, modeling their Christmas Eve pajamas right before bed. Hope everyone had a great holiday! We didn't do Christmas cards this year- so that's it for us! Monday, December 13, 2010. I have very few memories of my Dad since I was so young when he died. The main memory I have of him is when he and I were in the backyard, and it was a hot santa ana. In 1983, he found out he had cancer: lymphoblastic lymphoma. My Dad, Dumbo, and me. October 1985.

Ice Crizzle: February 2011
http://icecrizzle.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 15, 2011. Susie's Aunt Sue sent us a couple of DVDs of old Disney cartoons for Christmas. It has been so much fun watching these oldies (I think most were made back in the '40s) that we had not seen in forever! And, thanks to YouTube, I can share some of these old memories with you.that is, if you happened to watch them too. Two of my favorites were "Lambert the Sheepish Lion" (Mah-ah-ah-mah-ah-ah! And "Peter and the Wolf.". I'm sure I could look that up on Wikipedia, but I'm busy here.

Pretty Much Great: April 2010
http://prettymuchgreat.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 25, 2010. So, want to hear something funny that happened in church today? There's this guy in my ward who goes down to San Diego all the time on business or for fun. Since last September or so when he found out I'm from San Diego, he's been calling me "San Diego." He'll just be like "Hey San Diego, how's it going? It kind of reminds me of this game on a radio program I once heard, where they were like "What if you were named after the place where you were born? But I have managed, so far, t...

Pretty Much Great: March 2010
http://prettymuchgreat.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 21, 2010. The operative word is "Spring". I sometimes wish I had more interesting things to tell. This week was Spring Break, but I decided to work this week instead of actually taking a break, in order to prepare for upcoming unemploymentness. Which isn't a word. I went to my sister's house last weekend and spent some time with her and my brother-in-law, and my oh-so-adorable-and-brilliant nephew, as seen here:. This is some of what we do when Mom and Dad are gone). View my complete profile.

Pretty Much Great: May 2010
http://prettymuchgreat.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 01, 2010. I reveled during the previews that I wasn't the only person in the world who liked movies/documentaries like this. Then the movie started. A small pair of feet wearing little kid pajamas scurried across a hard wood floor. Then little children were suddenly attacking Tina Fey and Steve Carell. What the? Instead I said "How far into the movie is it? Still, what kind of movie theater doesn't tell you which theater to go into? For example, right now my roommates are out in the front r...

Keeping the family of Donald and Bernice Baker connected. Wednesday, February 29, 2012. All don't mind me bothering you. With this.I just thought you. May know that I have been writing children's books for the past several years. (I really should say I've been writing manuscripts because nothing has been published, though one has been accepted and is in. All religious-based and basically tell the stories from the scriptures or church history. They aren't fictionalized at all.they are. All this is in.
