Since we were in LaHarpe and Grant City for Jerex's actual 18 month checkup (surreal - how did he become so big? We had his appointment the first Monday that we were back in Colorado. So it was a little late but not too much. Here were his 'stats':. Height: 33 and 3/4 in (85%). Weight: 29 lbs, 5 oz (85%). Yep, he's a sweet little 18 month old boy! We went to the Denver zoo, the pool and played in the park a lot. Jerex and Brock did some jumping off of things and learned some bad habits from each other. Overall it was a great time! Adventures with Jesse, Jerex and Renae in Boulder and beyond. Sunday, August 4, 2013. Summer Road Trip 2013 consisted of taking off at 4 AM on July 3rd for Allendale, MO. 660 miles and 3 stops later we arrived. Jerex was wonderful in the car and on his best behavior! It was sort of a miracle that such an active guy was happy and content in the car for so long. And NO we did not drug him so he would be! Future Garage band mates. His very own tractor - just his size! Boys and their Grandparents.

A year ago this month we went to a pumpkin patch when I was pregnant, and I remember looking around and wondering what it would be like in a year when we came back with our little baby boy. Well, this year I found out - and let me just say that it is much more fun to pick out pumpkins with Jerex (no offense Jesse)! And he is more of a boy than a baby anymore - I mean look at those teeth! See those top teeth?
