Sunday, September 30, 2012. What a way to end the month of September! Tyler and I had the honor of attending our friends BEAUTIFUL wedding in Chicago. they got married on the 66th floor of the Willis Tower and afraid of heights or not . I made it to the 103rd floor and stood out on that SCARY glass box! It was also my brother's first trip to Chicago so we got to do some fun things with him too! Not to worry - - I shopped quick so we could watch the Hawkeyes kick butt! Are we there yet? Waves hi and bye.

Monday, June 17, 2013. Happy Fathers Day Weekend. Happy Fathers Day to all of the dads out there! Ava and I were lucky to be able to share this day with one truly amazing guy! Ava started the day off by jumping up and down on Tyler yelling DAD DAD DAD NOSE EYES ELBOW DAD DAD! Once our house was awake we packed our bags and headed to the Des Moines Zoo! What's that you ask? Yep, they went for a ride on the camel. Ha! Tyler is still amazed that this camel weighed 2000lbs. Okay, I kind of am too.

Tuesday, July 9, 2013. Happy Fourth of July! We hope you had fun filled day and night! As Ava gets older, faster and wiser I thought our day was never going to end. - I was ready for bed at 6pm! We started our day off with the coralville parade . Followed by no nap . We played in the pool at the cabin. Climbed in and out and in and out of this chair 100 times . Went for a boat ride down the Iowa river. And last but not least spent the weekend in Galena celebrating a friends wedding . Cheers to 26 doll!

Sunday, September 29, 2013. As most of you already know. We are so excited to announce baby number two! Now, I know I am only 19 weeks along but man . How many weeks do I have left! Everything is so much different this time around. With Ava all I wanted or I should say all I could eat was milk and cereal. This time its nothing but pepperoni pizza. Breakfast. Lunch, and dinner. No joke! With fall right around the corner I am trying to come up with a fun gender reveal idea. Any suggestions?
